J. Scott Rittenhouse Vice President Scott was asked to join the management team in 1998. He served for three years in the U.S. Marine Corps. Scott had previously worked with Lenny at Wickersham Construction Company and had over 10 years experience in the Commercial Construction Business. Scott has a degree in Accounting Business Management from North Carolina Community College. Scott is also a certified ABC Journeyman in carpentry. Currently ceritified as an EDI EIFS inspector. Scott is married and has two children. |
Lenny Daniels President and founder of Tri-State Building Services, Inc. After graduating from Salesianum School, Lenny worked in his fathers Commercial Glazing business from 1983-1994 as a superintendant and project manager on projects ranging from $500,000 to $2,000,000. In 1994 Lenny took a position for Wickersham Construction Company as a Project Manager for their Commercial Glazing division. In 1997 Lenny started Tri-State Building Services, Inc. Specializing in commercial caulking of EIFS for contractors in new construction. Since 1999 Tri-State has been developing into a full EIFS restoration contractor, still providing water proofing services to it's customer base. Lenny became AWCI certified in 2001 for EIFS inspection program. Lenny is 36 years old, married 11 years with 2 children and resides in Cochranville, Pa. |
